I made an appointment for a recall and oil change. I was under the impression the part was available. It was not and now I have to return to the dealership when the part arrives. Major inconvenience.

I went in for an $87.00 oil change. Agreed to have tires rotated. Then informed brake pads needed to be changed. (Note same dealer changed them at 70,000 miles and less then 25,000 more informed they are completely gone. Next while replacing them they stripped the calipher said it was my issue and ended up leaving my car for a week. And a bill of $1,500.00. I have taken that car only to Scranton motors for all services including every oil change. No longer!!! Sad thing is I am in the process of looking at new cars. Based on the service dept I always believed in. I was pushing for a Buick! No longer.

I bought a brand new car from this dealership. Within 2 years I have had the exhaust fixed 4 times. This past experience I was told nothing was wrong with my vehicle. However I was there for over an hour and my exhaust was noticeably quieter. I don't appreciate being lied to and making it seem like I am the one who's crazy. I will never return to this dealership. A bunch of snakes and liars who can't fix vehicles.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. HONEST AND DEPENDABLE.

Overall our experience was good. We are loyal customers of Scranton Motors having purchased a previous new car there and only had our car serviced there. We like the car we just purchased. We would enjoyed paying less then what the final sales price was. Being loyal customers we expected a little more negotiating than what we received. I understand the dealer needs to make money also and we were just looking for a fair deal. Interesting that other dealers advertise 0% APR for 60 months. There was no mention of that or any other incentives we may have been able to receive.

Service was fine but a little surprised by the $180 cost. Likely will not be going back for an oil change.
